Task: Architectural Design (Head Architect: Mohammad Tabatabaee)

As one of the most modern Office and Admin buildings of Tehran, Persian Holding Co. is located in a land of 10770 SF and an overall area of 112K SF in 13 Levels. The Main Building entrance is located in the north, facing the historical street of Niavaran. A team of 7 architectural designers worked on this project, designing every detail of each floor with high delicacy to create a masterpiece of a new approach towards multi-style designs, harmonizing Iranian traditional and European classic style. The outcome was recognized as an award-winning project in the Municipality of Tehran.
